Albert Coulier (Schelstraete)
The Club was founded as the Norfolk Cycling Club in 1939 by Albert Coulier (Schelstraete) and now operates as the Silver Spokes Cycling Club.
Albert, our mentor, born Nov 15, 1918, passed his final finish line at University Hospital London on March 14, 2011 has left an incredible legacy in Cycling in the area, the province, in Canada and internationally particularly in track racing and the promotion of track events and the construction of velodromes.

Where we are:
Our rides are primarily based out of Delhi, Courtland, Simcoe (Hay Creek), Tillsonburg areas. Over the years the club has enjoyed a very active group of cyclists, come join us anytime.
